Duuz has been accepted to Create-X Launch starting in May and is looking for a technical lead. Duuz is the Glassdoor for how social media influencers will be able to price their work. Cynthia, the founder, spent her career as a professional compensation consultant and influencer and replicated the model for salary pricing for the influencer economy. The problem with sponsored posts on social media is that as an influencer, there are very limited (and typically pay-walled) resources out there to help price your work. The model that is commonly used (CPM) is also terribly outrated and does not account for technical aptitude. Duuz currently has a 125 person waitlist for a working platform. The goal is to have 250 at the end of January. We currently have a website hosted via webflow at http://getyourduuz.com. Your responsibility as a technical lead will be to build out the pages that I have designed already. You will need to build the dashboard for user login, ensure that the interface is active and responsive on mobile. Enable a user to login via social media, gmail, etc for frictionless signup. Security is a top priority since we are dealing with payment information. All user interaction must be anonymous (reviews, submissions, etc) except for on their personal dashboard of their work that they've contributed. Ideally, you can code in PostgreSQL or MySQL (unless more relevant coding language is warranted). There will be significant (10+ hours) of work in the first few weeks until pre-launch in late February 2021 and then more manageable time afterwards.
